Customers ordering age restricted items must meet all legal age requirements and may be required to present valid identification upon delivery.

All orders placed through P-Town Dash are subject to acceptance and availability.

By placing an order, you agree to:

4. Delivery Services

P-Town Dash is not responsible for delays caused by participating merchants or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before a participating merchant begins preparing the order.

Once preparation has started, refunds may not be available except in cases of merchant error, delivery failure, or other circumstances approved by P-Town Dash.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be issued for:

• Incorrect orders

• Missing items

• Undelivered orders

• Quality concerns verified by P-Town Dash

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of P-Town Dash.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Provide false information.

• Abuse, threaten, or harass delivery partners, merchants, or staff.

• Use the platform for unlawful activities.

• Attempt to interfere with platform operations.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Merchant Responsibility

Participating merchants are responsible for:

• Product quality

• Accurate menu information

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

P-Town Dash acts solely as a delivery and marketplace platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P-Town Dash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, branding, website designs, and materials related to P-Town Dash remain the property of P-Town Dash and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
